What this service is
PinDownloader takes a link to a public Pinterest pin, finds the media files that pin already serves publicly, and passes them to you. It is a free convenience tool for publicly accessible content. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pinterest, Inc. in any way.
By using this site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using online services without a parent's permission.
Acceptable use
By using this site you agree not to:
- try to access secret boards, private accounts, or any other non-public content;
- use scripts or automated tools to submit lookups or downloads in bulk;
- use the download proxy for anything other than files from the pins you look up;
- redistribute, republish, or commercially use someone else's media without their permission;
- use the service for anything that is unlawful where you live.
We may block traffic that looks like abuse, without notice.
Copyright
Every video, GIF, and image you download through this site belongs to whoever created it. Nothing here transfers any rights to you. Keeping a public pin to view offline is very different from reposting it as your own or using it to promote something; the latter generally needs the owner's permission.
You are responsible for what you do with a file once you have it, and for following the copyright rules and Pinterest's terms that apply to you.
Copyright concerns
PinDownloader doesn't host any media. Files stay on Pinterest's servers and are passed through only when someone requests them. If you own the rights to content on a specific pin and object to it being available through this tool, email support@pindownloader.dev with:
- the exact link of the pin and a description of the work;
- your name, contact details, and your relationship to the work;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and that the information you send is accurate.
We'll review every complete notice and respond. To have content removed from Pinterest itself, use Pinterest's own copyright reporting tools.
Advertising and other sites
The site shows ads served by Google and its partners, which helps keep it free. We don't choose individual ads and don't endorse the products or services they promote; any dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. Please don't click ads you aren't interested in, and don't use tools that click ads or load pages automatically. The privacy policy explains how advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalized ads.
Links to Pinterest and other websites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. It relies on how Pinterest's public pages work, which can change at any time; when that happens, lookups may fail until the tool is updated.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including lost data, lost time, or anything you do with a downloaded file.
Changes
These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of this page will show when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
