Get in touch about a technical problem, a privacy question, a rights concern, or an idea for PinDownloader.
Before you email
Many questions about supported links, private pins, video quality, and where downloads are saved are answered in the FAQ. The quick-start guide explains every button and error message.
Write to support@pindownloader.dev. The link opens your email app, or you can copy the address into any email service. We read every message, but we can't promise a reply time.
Reporting a problem
Clear, reproducible reports are the quickest to fix. Please include:
- the full link of the public pin;
- the exact message the downloader showed;
- what you expected to happen;
- your browser, device, and operating system;
- whether the pin opens in a private browser window without signing in.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us with the subject "Privacy request". We'll respond within the time required by law. To change your cookie or ad choices, use the Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of the page where it's shown, or Google's Ads Settings. The privacy policy has the details.
What not to send
Never send your Pinterest password, login codes, payment details, ID documents, or other sensitive personal information. PinDownloader will never ask for your account details.
Copyright and rights concerns
If you own the rights to content on a specific pin and have a concern, send the exact pin link, describe the work, and briefly explain your relationship to it. Because we don't host files, we can't remove content from Pinterest itself; for that, use Pinterest's own reporting tools. The terms of use describe acceptable use, and the privacy page explains how email is handled.
Feedback
Suggestions and bug reports are welcome. Please don't send bulk download requests, requests to access private pins, or marketing messages.
